After my slightly dark post last time about the challenges facing widespread use of Enterprise2.0 tools, I thought something a bit more uplifting might be good and this presentation is well worth watching.

Fab! Best 11 minutes I’ve spent for a while. Bet this wasn’t remotely covered in the RAV preso last week.
Wonder what happens if his weak ties become strong ties? Does that mean the more you hang with the same people online the more likely you will trend to homogeneity - innovation only progresses when you grow your weak ties. Maybe there IS some merit in ‘collecting’ friends like mad on LinkedIn, Twitter etc…
